Why Therapy
I believe anyone can benefit from therapy. Many of us move through life with the belief that talking about ourselves or our problems makes us burdensome. Over time, that belief can make us feel like our experiences don’t matter and create resentment. Therapy offers a space to be heard without judgement. Having a sounding board to explore your thoughts can help you clarify them and deepen your understanding of yourself and the world around you. My work is grounded in helping people make sense of complex experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful and lasting change.
Who I Work With
I work with professionals, young adults and adults navigating transitions, as well as individuals facing complex or long-standing challenges. This includes men seeking clarity and steadiness, women seeking depth, respect, and emotional safety, and people of all genders looking for thoughtful and meaningful support. I work with people who are ready for growth and purposeful change.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is based on the idea that two seemingly opposite ideas can both be true. It teaches skills like distress tolerance and emotional regulation to help you manage intense emotions and respond more effectively in their lives.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a form of therapy that focuses on the present, using practical skills and exercises to help shift unhelpful thinking patterns and improve how you cope with challenges.

Individual and group supervision for clinicians working toward licensure or CEDS certification.
