Yes. I am in-network with most Aetna, Optum, and United plans.
If I am not in-network with your provider, I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance provider in advance to understand your benefits.

My rate is $185 per 50 minute session for clients in Colorado and California.

Therapy is typically conducted in 50 minute sessions and often begins on a weekly basis. Over time, we’ll regularly check in on your goals and adjust the frequency of sessions based on your needs and progress.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.
Please note: cancellation fees cannot be billed to or covered by insurance.
